Terms of use
Boodge is a private, single-user budgeting and money management tool operated for personal use.
Read-only service
Boodge requests account-information access only. It does not initiate payments, transfer funds, open credit, or modify data at a bank. Any transfer shown in a budget plan is a manual recommendation that the user must review and perform separately.
Authorization
Bank information is accessed only after the user authorizes the connection through Enable Banking and the selected bank. The user must use their own accounts, keep the Boodge password private, and promptly revoke bank consent if unauthorized access is suspected.
AI and financial decisions
AI-generated classifications, spending judgments, forecasts, and suggested actions are informational. They can be incomplete or wrong and are not financial, legal, tax, or investment advice. The user remains responsible for checking balances, due dates, bank records, and every financial decision.
Availability and accuracy
Data may be delayed, incomplete, duplicated, or temporarily unavailable because of a bank, Enable Banking, network, or software issue. The bank's records are authoritative. No guarantee is made that Boodge will be uninterrupted or suitable for a particular financial decision.
Privacy and acceptable use
Data handling is described in the Privacy notice. The application may not be used to access another person's accounts, circumvent bank controls, or violate applicable law or provider terms.
Changes and termination
The operator may change or discontinue the application and these terms. The user may stop using it at any time, revoke bank authorization, and request deletion of stored data.
